How long does dispatch take?

Our gifts are made to order and are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Is UK delivery free?

Yes. Standard delivery to UK addresses is free.

How do I add personalisation?

Enter the names, dates, message or other details requested on the product page. Please check spelling, capitalisation and dates carefully before adding the item to your basket.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We begin making orders quickly, so changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

What photos work best?

Use the clearest, highest-resolution original photo available. Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images and photos downloaded from social media where possible.

Can personalised items be returned?

Personalised items cannot normally be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
